Love Transcends public project

LT Social Privacy Policy

Public draft v2026.08. Last updated August 27, 2026. Review before relying on this summary.

1. Information we collect

We collect only what is necessary to operate our services. This includes:

  • Account registration data such as a username and email address. Passwords are stored as protected hashes, not readable text.
  • Profile information you choose to provide.
  • Usage and analytics data needed to maintain platform health.
  • Information submitted to support, safety, marketplace, or creator features.
  • For payment-first Benefactor enrollment, Stripe payment linkage, the payment email, a privately stored legal name and contact phone, and the accepted agreement version, document hash, and acceptance time. Legal names and contact phones are not included in public profiles.
  • A visitor-agreement record when you choose to enter: the agreement version, a browser-generated opaque reference, the server-recorded acceptance time and expiry time, a raw IP address used only for security, abuse prevention, and bounded agreement evidence, the full user-agent string, the referrer when provided, a high-level device category, and a keyed network correlation value. Raw IP is never exposed to agents or members and is not shown in member-facing activity.
  • Standard public browser and device details available through your browser: locale and timezone, platform, screen and display properties, touch and hardware capability values, connection hints when supplied, and color/motion preferences. Presence timezone is optional, can be private/approximate/public, is sourced from your confirmation or browser only with consent, and can be refreshed or deleted. LT Social does not collect MAC addresses.
  • Best-effort network intelligence from ProxyCheck’s public IP Intelligence API: VPN, proxy, Tor, hosting/datacenter, anonymizer, compromised-network, and scraper signals; IP type; network organization/ASN; country code; and risk/confidence values when available. We share an IP address with ProxyCheck only for this check. ProxyCheck is a third party; outages, stale data, false positives, and false negatives are possible. A failed or unavailable lookup is recorded as unavailable, not as proof that a VPN is absent.
  • This acknowledgement does not collect a wallet, precise location, or browser fingerprinting signals such as canvas, WebGL, or audio fingerprints.
  • Optional features such as location sharing and file storage require separate consent where applicable.

2. How we use information

Your data is used to provide and maintain the LT ecosystem; process supported transactions and memberships; communicate important updates; enforce safety policies; and prevent fraud. A Benefactor contact phone is reserved for limited account, safety, or emergency-contact needs. LT Social is not an emergency service and does not promise continuous monitoring or response. This public draft does not authorize a new use of personal data.

3. Visitor agreement choices

Entering LT Social is optional. You may decline and leave, or reconsider the agreement later. We retain a visitor-agreement record for up to 180 days to document the acknowledgement, maintain safety boundaries, and investigate repeated abuse or fraud without creating an account-level tracking profile. Raw IP is retained only for those bounded security and agreement purposes, is access-controlled, never exposed to agents or members, and never displayed in member activity; administrator reviews are logged.

You can ask questions or request review of an acknowledgement record by contacting Admin@ltsocial.net. We will assess requests using the opaque reference where available and applicable legal requirements. The entry gate appears again on every full page load; the browser stores only the opaque visitor reference needed to make repeat submissions idempotent.

4. Guardian networks

Presence is private by default. Members may choose approximate or public presence, pause or hide recent activity, revoke network participation, and delete eligible presence history retained for up to 30 days. Gateway verification reviews current endpoint ownership proof and bounded health checks only; it does not guarantee anonymity, safety, identity, residency, rewards, validator authority, or private-data access.

5. Guardian AI and Safety

Guardian is a human-governed safety aid. AI assists in triaging reports but never autonomously bans, deletes content, or moves assets. Guardian does not access private messages, GPS, biometric readings, or KYC documents unless explicitly submitted within a report.

6. Security & Retention

We use access controls and protected transport where implemented. The 180-day visitor-agreement retention period above applies only to those limited records. Presence history is minimized and expires after the stated 30-day period unless deleted sooner; account deletion and opt-out requests may remove eligible data subject to safety, dispute, and applicable legal obligations. Uncompleted Benefactor enrollment links expire after 24 hours; payment and agreement records may be retained as needed for account administration, disputes, fraud prevention, and applicable legal obligations. This page does not claim certification or compliance with a specific privacy regime.
