Benefactor Participation Agreement

New Benefactors review and affirmatively accept a versioned confidentiality and intellectual-property agreement after Stripe confirms payment and before an account is created.

The agreement protects non-public network materials while preserving lawful disclosures, independent work, access to legal counsel, protected reporting, and ordinary court or dispute-resolution rights. It creates no automatic admission of guilt or predetermined $1–10 million liability.

The displayed agreement is a platform participation draft. Qualified counsel should review final wording before it is relied on as a legal enforcement instrument.
