Proof of Data is a consent-bound evidence interface. Raw sensitive evidence remains off-chain, and a commitment does not by itself create credit, money, ownership, identity, or legal status.

Sensitive data stays off-chain

Raw evidence stays off-chain. API public attestations cannot project to a chain, and no generic on-chain Proof-of-Data permit is implemented.

Consent, expiry, and revocation

Owner-scoped record ID and expected revision serialize lifecycle updates; replacement evidence receives a new object and salt. Public attestation requires verified, unrevoked, undeleted evidence before retentionExpiresAt.

Selective disclosure remains proposed

Selective-disclosure and zero-knowledge proofs remain a proposed future path until reviewed circuits, independent cryptographic inspection, migration rules, and public vectors exist.
