Research Sources & Freshness Rubric | Research Room

Review the public-source research methodology, evidence standards, and freshness rubric behind the historical creator directory.

Sourcing rubric

The goal is not to make a person look reachable. It is to make the next research decision legible.

Public by design

Use a canonical profile, creator site, or clearly public form. Never infer an inbox or enrich private contact details.

Specific enough

Capture the source URL beside the field it supports. A score without a reason is not evidence.

Fresh enough

This entire snapshot was captured December 27, 2022. Its January 27, 2023 review window has passed, so stale detail pages stay out of search until their public fields are checked again.

Privacy boundary

This directory stores public-source research only. If no public email is listed, the official profile route remains the outreach field. There is no bulk sending action.

The research snapshot contains exactly 1,000 unique records from a dated public dataset. Blank values mean the source did not publish that field; no value is inferred.

Verification labels

Researcher reviewed

An authorized human researcher checked the source in the recorded public-source pass. This is not independent approval.

Needs review

The route exists, but the next reviewer should confirm it is still current.

Stale

The reverify window has passed or the source has changed. Do not assume reachability.

QA notes

  1. Open the canonical profile, not a scraped mirror.
  2. Check the audience capture date and label the basis honestly.
  3. Read the personalization hook against the source evidence.
  4. Confirm an outreach route is public and currently valid.
  5. Respect the do-not-contact flag and any notes from the team.
  6. Export a filtered review set; never treat it as a send list.

A public route is not consent. It is simply the least intrusive place to begin a manual, contextual review.
