Proposed economics, not a payout rule

A proposal under review would allocate 25% of eligible distributable earnings to users and 75% to the Miracle Network. A hypothetical $100 would illustrate $25 and $75; the basis remains unresolved, approval would be prospective only, and no operational balances, contracts, payment rails, or acceptance versions change here. A separate 50% immediate / 50% vested token description is not this proposal.
